    I just bought this boy, and now I´m wondering what´s the difference whit butter and lesser? Cos I found pictures of butters belly that looked just like my lesser?

    I have heard people say they may be the same genetics just slightly different in colors which goes for a lot pastels are pastels no matter how light or dark they are.So it is probably just a different name because there were 2 different colors brought in by different breeders. Beautiful snake congrats.

    Nothing

    Lessers came from daddy platty, butters were imported by someone else. same gene, but two different snakes that came from africa.

    Ralph Davis has his own line of Lesser which is the original and came from the Platnium. He also has his own line of Butter which he imported after the Bells.

    The Bells have there own line of Butter. The original Butters.

    Then there are SGR Lessers. Im not sure if they imported there own Lesser or if they just have a nice selectively breed line. Anyone know?

    If they are not the same, they are at least very very similar. Like Black Pastels and Cinnamons.
