    Question about cage flooring
I plan on building a nice looking case and stand for my Ball. My question is should the floor be made out of something other than wood if using UTH? Or would wood be ok?

Wood is very very hard to heat through, it can be done but isn't the best choice. Personally I'd recommend PVC (Not expanded the full plain PVC) it is heavy and ridgid at 1/4 inch but it unlike PVCx (PVC expanded) it is not full of air bubbles and that makes it a reasonable conductor. It is typically shiny and easy to clean the only issue is it can be a bit static y at times but with some sort of substrate the snake doesn't get shocked only I do when I clean it. It mills like wood but is hard to glue I'd look at mechanical fasting. You could rabbit in into the sides perhaps.

Hmm that's sounds like the PVC they make signage out off. That would be a good option. Just screw it to the wood. Thanks

It is just avoid the expanded version it like wood is a great insulator and hard to heat through.
