    Out of the odd question
I'm just wondering. There's a big thunderstorm going on outside right now here in Belgium. And i notice that both of my ball pythons get a bit stressed about it. My older female started to dig herself in to her bedding and my baby pastel looks also a bit worried: he poped his head out of his hide and everytime there is lightning he goes out a little further like he's checking whats going on outside.

Do you think they know its storming outside? Cause there may be the noise and light flashes but there isn't any rain falling in there tubs etc.??

I noticed that my male normal becomes very active when it is storming. I'm not an expert but I believe that they can sense changes in the barometric pressure. What you are experiencing is pretty much normal and nothing to really be to concerned about.

I wouldn't be surprised if they can feel the vibration from the thunder.

I'm not really worried, i was just curious if they can sense it to like a dog does...
But it is a bit fun :) one more natural way to see them active in the daytime :P

I think they can sense what's goin on. When the barometric pressure changed I noticed better locks.
