    Noon from upstate ny
Hi everyone. I'm kevin. 19. And hail from Nineveh a small town in upstate NY. I will be taking the plunge into snakes with a ball python within the next couple weeks. Still doing some research and getting equipment together. I'm going to go with either a pastel or spider morph. Glad to be here!

Hello Kevin, and :welcome: to BP.net. It's great that you are doing the research first. It will make things go alot smoother when you bring your new pet home. :gj:

There are tons of good posts that will help you get setup right. You are already way ahead of the game by doing your homework and getting setup before your snake arrives. I can't give you the upstate NY unfortunately. I can acknowledge anyone below I90 as upstate. I live in Plattsburgh, NY. You have to drive for over 4 hours north from your place to get to me. Those of us who don't live in NYC should not let NYC dictate that anyplace north of them is upstate.

LOL. Yeah NYC does take a bit of rural new York's thunder!
