How to care for dropped tail?
None of my geckos have dropped their tails, but in the possible event that it does happen I would like to know;
Is there anything I have to do to help heal it?
I'm guessing no, because in nature they drop them and obviously nobody is there to help. But just incase it gets infected or something, is there anything I can do for it at home, or would I have to take it to the vet depending on the severity?

Anyway, just make sure it doesn't get infected. Dab a little neosporin without pain medication of it to help the healing process.
you can see from the original posters signature that they keep crested geckos :D
I agree with Sam paper towels and cleanliness should be all you need in the case of a dropped tail for the majority of the time
