    New Pickups, DENIED
I just need to vent! I'm so frustrated!

I found a nice deal on an '06 female pastel along with an '08 male spider. The seller made a deal with me on the phone, and then sold it to someone else! This is the 2nd time it has happened to me! AAARRGGHH!!!! :taz:

What's with people? Don't make the deal with me if you're not going to follow through and let me buy it!

Anyway, just wondering how many other people this happens to. And I want to freaking scream!!!!! Oh well, hopefully another deal will be along soon...

That really stinks... When I make a deal I always follow through with it even if a better deal comes along....

Another reason I hate making deals over the phone. I think Ive only ever had one work out. If I can help it I always try to due everything through email; the power of a paper trail :D

Yeah, I tried to get him to email me a paypal invoice. I had already told him I'd take the snakes at the price he offered, both on email and phone.

Some people just don't have any integrity...

Bummer. This has happened to me too. I have no idea why people think its ok. It's beyond having a good reputation, it should be common manners and ethics.

I have had many people call and say "yes I want that animal. I will purchase it", then no money comes through the paypal. Or even worse they do it in person at a show hey hold this I want it, walk away and never come back. So really if you didn't immediately put money on the animal you where "wanting to purchase" the seller has no obligation to hold it. Unless there was a specific time fame in place. Like if the seller agreed to hold the animal for X days/hours.

Yeah, I was not at a computer where I could make the payment. He agreed to hold it Until this afternoon when I would have made the payment. I did everything I could to make sure he and I had an agreement. But it all doesn't matter. It's just BS that people will agree to a deal and then sell it out from under you.

A few years ago, I had a guy sell an animal that we had worked out a breeding loan for, pissed me off pretty bad. Just recently I had a guy who wanted to purchase an Enchi male from me but kept giving me lame excuses every week or so about why I hadn't received payment yet. This went on for at least a month. It's been a bout 2-3 weeks now since the last time he called me with another BS excuse.
