I know a lot of people who put them in a different tub, but i have always kept them in there normal cage because they feel more secure. but tha'ts just my opinion

Yup, I just feed in the enclosure. There is no real need to feed in a separate enclosure, except perhaps under some very special conditions. My snakes are on loose substrate and have been almost forever and I've never had issues with substrate ingestion, cage agression or anything else that most people give as reasons to feed out of the enclosure.

I actually find that my normal refuses to eat unless he's in his enclosure, I've tried tons of different tubs to feed him in and he just gets nervous. :)

In my opinion it's not really about a separate tub or not, but about if they're eating or not. If it works when you feed them in their normal tubs just stick to that. The simplest solution is often the best. And for god's sake, don't fix it if it ain't broken! ;)

I use separate tubs because they could ingest bedding and reduce cage aggression but I put them in their separate tub with their hide while their dinner thaws and most of them already knows Wats up then I let them strike at it then I put the lid on for privacy and I havnt had a problem plus if dinner gets messy a tub is way easier to clean : )
    hope I helped
