    Reptile Basics rack sizes...
Im looking to purchase a rack system and have heard you cant go wrong with Reptile Basics.

Just trying to figure out which size to get. Right now I have 2 Balls around 300g and will be adding another 600g girl next week.

Will I get a fews years of use out of the Iris Sweaterbox or should I just go for the Iris CB-70?

You should go with the Sweaterbox. The CB-70 is only for those females over 2500 grams, and that doesn't tend to happen for at least a good few years. Sweaterboxes actually house most of my adult females.

Take Iris Sweaterbox and order couple Dividers. That way You can split one 30qt tub in 2 15 qt and that will be great for your 300g... They should feel nice and comfy and You save some space... Even for 600g 30qt could be little to big so second divider come handy here

CB-70 is way too big for You snakes.. and even when they grow Iris Sweaterbox is sufficient up to 1800 g

I currently keep my 1000g female and 1200g male and they have more than plenty of room

CB-70 is great rack for older bigger females...

    Hope that helps :gj:

I have plenty of smaller snakes that do wonderfully in CB-70 sized enclosures, I would never say it's "only" for snakes 2500g+.. in fact our best eater is a 350g female ball python in a tub that measures 34 1/2" long x 16 1/2" Wide x 5 5/8" Tall
