Are my eggs ok?

    The wet blotches assured me the substrate was too wet.
    So I took a paper plate(don't have the car to go get one of those grates most use) and cut it and put the eggs on a paper towel on the plate..


    They still have healthy veins and there's a big solid mass along the bottoms so I think they are ok.
    Just want some opinions

    Yes substrate too wet, do you have more dry substrate to replace some of the wet?

    Yeah I do.... I was thinking of just putting some dry on top and placing the eggs on the dry... with the wet under

    Yeah try that should work so long as the rest isn't extremely wet

    So I managed to get the eggs outta the substrate and there's no moisture on the eggs. I made a ghetto grate to set my eggs over the substrate. Now they are off the substrate but still blotchy...

    Veins are still nice and strong but not pearly white anymore.

    Another thing is they are bigger... does that happen?

    Yes. The eggs absorbed the water due to osmosis.

    They should be fine.
