    new baby ball from bhb
    hay guys i have a 8 month old pinstripe from bhb. He is dady nippy guy I just got him to eat ft mice last night. I am very happy with him but he is so nippy. My temps are 79 to 85 on cold side and 90 to 95 on hot side and 60 humidity. I also wood love to put some pics but dont know how to.

    95 is too hot...and 85 on the cool side is too warm, I'd adjust those temps a little. Congrats on your new pickup. To post pictures you upload them to a hosting site such as photobucket.com or tinypic.com, copt and paste the IMG link into the box here, should say it's for forum boards.

    Yes i am very lucky that bhb is 45 min from my house. I went to bhb and hang out with the man him self and picked this baby out. The only thing is that he his one nippy 8 month old and my temps today are 90 hot and 80 cold

    I go to visit Brian on a regular basis... His bp's can be very nippy at first. He really doesn't have a ton of time to play with each one.... It will calm down with regular handling though... Mine all have....:D

    BTW which direction from BHB are you... I live around 30 minutes away myself.....

    congrats on the new pick up, most of my hatchlings are a little nippy at first, such a good feeding response. I just try and mess with them a couple days after they have eaten they usually become calmer then at least mine are. He'll get past the nippy stage.
