No eggs here .....

Got no eggs here yet, should see some soon. But ...... got some with a friend on a breeding project. Whats worse waiting for eggs or waiting for them to hatch?

waiting for eggs. you dont know when they are coming. you know when they are hatching;)

I agree, waiting for eggs is harder. You also don't know if they will be fertile or slugs! Although, I've heard some people can tell while they're still in the mama just by feeling....I know I can't though.

In my case, waiting for breeding size females is worse! ;) Just messing with you. I think they all suck but I would welcome the anticipation knowing it was possible.

I am odd... I hate waitin on them to hatch just so I can see what I got... Think about it you have these eggs just sittin there and you have no clue if you hit the odds on that 1 in 16 like right now I am waitin on cinny het lav x cinny het lav got 8 perfect eggs and just waitin................ It is killin me... Got 23 days til they should hatch and I won't cut an egg til at least one has pipped and been pipped for 24hrs... I kills me to wait to see what is in my eggs...

You guys are looking at it all wrong. It's like Christmas when you were a kid. You never said on December 1st "ah this sucks" It was the best time of year. The anticipation of what Santa was or was not (Hey we all had some years that we were worried) bringing was awesome. Without all the build up it would just be like a birthday, cool but not even close to Christmas.
