How long can hatchlings stay in eggs/incubator after pipping?
I will likely be out of town in June for 3 days ( Hamburg show and Hershey Park )when the first of my eggs are due to hatch and was wondering if there would be any issues leaving the hatchlings in the tub/incubator over the weekend unattended.

If all goes well no it wouldn't be a problem. But.... Twisted cord, or other acts of nature could kill a baby in that time.

I keep my hatchlings in the incubator until their first shed.
