In a nutshell, it depends on which morph you're trying to breed. Some morphs are recessive and won't show up in the first generation bred with a normal. Some morphs are dominant and will show up in approximately half the offspring.
Examples:
An albino x normal will give you normal looking babies that carry one copy of the albino gene.
A spider x normal will give you about half normal babies and half spiders.
