Thoughts sent to Joplin, MO

I work for the Kansas Hospital Association. This is hitting pretty close to home today. If anyone out there needs anything, do not hesitate to ask.

My boyfriend is a paramedic in independence and hes down there now doing search and rescue. No sleep for over 15 hours it's pretty rough

Oh wow. They are still getting hammered pretty hard with more severe storms today. Your boyfriend is amazing. Send him good wishes from KHA.

My prayers are with the families that were affected by the storms.

I have some friends that were killed in this massive tornado. It is so terrible.
