What are RI symptoms? And how do you treat it?

my het albino has it right now and he had it when i bought him :( but he has mucus in his mouth and bubbles coming out of his nose he also opens his mouth to breath sometimes and makes a weird choking like sound but i took him to the vet and they gave me baytril which i have to get a syringe down his throat so it actually goes down
