    Tough love worked!!
My Lucious has always been a picky eater. He loved dubia roaches, but then he hated them... Loved dandy lion flowers, then hated them..

A couple times I ran out out of live feeders for him. Crickets and different types of feeder worms. So I picked up freeze dried mealies and crickets but he wouldn't touch them.

To ensure he would at least try them, if ever I didn't have live feeders for him, I left them in the bowl and didn't give him any other feeders. I even added a few small dried shrimp that I feed my fish (for the added scent). Then one day I excluded his salad he finally tried the dried feeders!

So now he eats them when he doesn't have live.

Sometimes a little tough love is all it takes to get a hungry dragon to eat what he's offered :)

It's good to get them to be willing to try new things!
