    i just compared my het clown female and het albino male together and they are the same length maybe an inch or two difference but the male has an unusually large head compared to the female? do males have big heads or something?

    I would imagine they can very from one another somewhat? They are all individuals.

    lol when i get home ill show you pictures everyone who has held him in person thinks its abnormally large ive had quite a few ball pythons in the past and currently but his is just weird pictures look normal but when next to my girls its just bam lol its really quite big

    Is he older? I have noticed that some of mine have shorter fatter heads while others have longer thinner heads. I think it may have something to do with the local the original
    foundation stock came from for each individual.

    Age is the best predictor of head size. Your female is probably younger, and still growing, despite being just as long as the male..

    Females also grow larger than males.

    If they are the ones in her sig they are both 08's.

    Like someone else said they are all individuals. The difference probably just reflects the different breeders stock they use for their lines of clown and albino.

    Ball pythons from different areas of Africa can also vary in body proportions. Individuals from Sub-Saharan regions of Africa are known for having noticeably larger heads as well as larger overall size and a larger clutch size.
