    Please help!! :(
:( HI, i have a question. I had a BP that would not eat, so I took her to cornell, the exotics dept. They told me I had to force feed her b/c of her loss of weight. The 4 time i did it, well... it went like this. I feed her after words she pooped. Then she had a small amount of blood come out of her cloaca. like 1/4 of a teaspoon or less. she was three feet and about 600- 700 g. should i be worried? Now thats she eating agian i was exmening her poop from the small rats. its completely normal but there is alot of liquid that comes out with it. usly before she poops she soaks and this gets it out for her, i think. so my question is - is the liquid normal (in her poop) and should i be worried??

    Hi,

There is quite often liquid pee passed by ball pythons - but the blood thing has me a little more concerned to be honest.

How much weight has she lost in total since she stopped eating?

Could we see a picture of her to try and get an idea of her body condition?

I would still get a fecal and check for parasites maybe? Liquid poop is not normal, liquid urine is.

And I'm with Dr del....you may be concerned with the liquid he/she passed, but the blood is what I would be worried about, eating or not.
