How does one breed the more exotic morphs?
I am starting out with pinstripes (I have three.) and also have access to super pastels/pastels. What would be the outcome? I am having a hard time understand how people end up with these amazing morphs/mixes. Can someone explain them to me? What can one produce from pinstripes and what would be needed as a partner to produce them? I know its a very broad question, but I am super, super confused!

Pinstripes are dominant. There is no super form. If you breed them together you will get pinstripes and normals. If you breed a pinstripe to a pastel you will get pastels, pinstripes, normals, and lemon blasts (pastel x pinstripes). If you breed a pinstripe to a super pastel you will get only pastels and lemon blasts.
You need to add more diverse genes to breed to if you want to produce mutli-gene morphs. Starting out with single genes will take you many years, luck, and money to produce some of the high $$$ morphs you see for sale. There is a reason that people charge top dollar for multi-gene animals. They are saving you years of work when you buy one of those multi-gene animals.
People usually advise hobby breeders to buy a double or triple gene morph male and as many different single gene females as you can afford. That will give you the best odds to produce some stunning animals in the least amount of time.

[QUOTE=loonunit;1562408]If you throw in a mojave, you can make jigsaws. if you add pastel to either of those, I forget what you call them, but they're GREAT.
