Any of you flip Balisong's?

I do. I'm not terribly good at it, but I know a few tricks. I picked this up a while back.

has helped me quite a bit. But I suppose its nothing new, that you couldn't learn from the internet.

I do a little, I learned enough to keep me happy doing some of the same things over and over.

Basic flipping and rollovers are my bread and butter, but anything more complicated I just haven't put the time in to drill into my muscles.
