Congrats on your Mother's Day eggs, usually if they are firm and white they are good(infertile tend to be yellow) but candling is the best way. When you candle you are looking for a pink/red circle and you want to have it facing up when you put it in your incubation medium...:gj:

Exactly, what Pat said...Also, when in doubt lay them the way they got laid out (after separating them of course)...:D

I would make marks on the tops of the eggs from my snakes, so I knew which way was facing up...Usually a little line or dot is all you need...:D

Here they are with all the pink circles on top. I didn't need to candle
Them as these pink ovals were very clear :)

Now I am doing an exeriment, since our temps here are very hot in the Philippines, I have separated the eggs into two trays. One tray goes to my friend with the incubator and the other stays with me without an incubator.

I have placed it indoors where there is an airconditioner to cool down the temps and a lamp to warm it up if t gets to cool.

So far the eggs look brilliant, plumped and healthy and its been about 48 hours since she layed them.

My question though is it seems my dragon still has eggs in her belly, she didnt lay them all.

Should I Mate her again to fertilize those eggs?

She accidentally layed two more eggs on her tank, not on the laying bin, it cam with some small poop.

I washed these two with warm
Water ( I read its ok to wash them within 48hrs) I had to since they had poop on them and might cause them to mold up and spread to the other eggs on the vermiculate, they were still very soft.

The two eggs in the center were the added ones

    Congrats!

The answer to that is no, the next few clutches will be Fertile all while you only bred her once.
