Reptile Rapture is more of a pet store than an individual breeder, but they do ship animals. I bought my spider and butter BPs here and I couldn't be happier. Both of the snakes were bred by the owners and they are just amazing. The staff is great to work with, I love going here. They are local for me so I buy my frozen rodents from them and I just love going to this store. If you are in or near Madison, WI I suggest you check these guys out. I have not had any online dealings with them, but I imagine they are as great through e-mail as they are in person.
