sorry for the freak out caps there but i'm trying to educate myself and my daughter on the venomous spiders for our state and we came across the widows and i just CANNOT stand the sight of them. i see one in my garage and my 1st reaction is to wanna :bolt: but then i just take a deep breath, man up and dish out a quick :tombstone to it.
everyone here runs around with bare feet and i dont wanna chance one of my kiddos getting nailed by one. my 7 yr old is special needs and fearless so there's no way he'd really understand the difference between a good spider and a widow, they're all fair game to him and he'd stop at nothing to check out that "thing thats running across the floor."
