Ive had my snake since February and he eats every 7 days a rat pup and has only pooped 3 times I wouldnt be worried unless he starts acting different you will know if he is constipated You can always try soaking him in a tub of warm water if you do think its constipated I wouldnt worry just yet :)

My BP hasn't left me a present in about six weeks, but he feels and looks normal, so I'm not too concerned. Give it some time, you'll wake up one day with a nice stinky present.

I'd second what fluffy said about the warm water soak; just make sure the temperature isn't too high for your snake or you could scald/possibly kill him. What's warm to you or I (humans) with our internal body temp of 98.6 or thereabouts is going to be waaaaay too hot for a snake. That said, check the temps of the water before you put him in; the water should feel lukewarm to you if you don't have a thermometer to check it. Good luck and I hope that helps!

No need for a soak unless the animal shows sign of blockage (bulge near the vent area would be a sign of blockage)

I would assume the animal is young and growing, and with young and growing individual most of the prey is utilize for the growth hence why there is nothing left to be excreted.

Snakes are very efficient that way ;)

They can go weeks without any defecation but trust sooner or later they go :gj:

Not to worry...your ball will poop when its time lol. Mine went almost 2 months with no poop a few months ago. Like everyone else said, if you start to notice a bulge near its vent, or its hard then a soak may be in order. Until then, be happy you dont have any stinky poos to clean up yet!! :D

Java only poops when he sheds thus far, once a month or so. :)

I second what MissDizzyBee said. My snake poops at two times, once during a soaking in a tub, which is only done during a bad shed, the a second time after the shed completes. Has your snake shed at all yet?

They usually go a few weeks without "going" though when they're younger the time period is generally shorter.
