    What does this mean???
My male bp has been laying curled up in his tub but he seems to actually be on his side while curling up into a ball - I thought females did this - not males. Could my male possibly be a female?? Or, do males do this also and why.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

Ive had gravid females, non gravid females, males and hatchlings all do it. I swear its just because they just feel like laying differently. By no means is it a way to sex a snake.

Boys will do it as well. Mostly after a big meal.

This particular snake is my problem feeder - he hasn't eaten since September. I have tried everything with him from live to ft to asf - I am going to try a ft xlarge mouse tonight to see if that gets him eating. He hasn't lost much weight and still looks healthy but I would prefer he eat something.

Sometimes I'll catch mine sleeping with their sides turned up. It really is scary so I give em a poke just to make sure.
