    Longest Ovulation?
I'm usually pretty good at catching my females' ovulations but I don't recall any of them ever lasting for more than a few hours. I thought that my female albino was ovulating a week ago but I was mistaken because she never moved to the warm end of the enclosure. Today I was cleaning tubs and snapped a pic of her while she sat in a separate tub. I'm inclined to say, "Oh she's ovulating now!" but she's looked this swollen for at least two days now so I'm still just waiting for swelling to go down or for her to move to the warm end of her tub.

    Today -

Until something changes, I'm just going to assume that she is still building up to her ovulation. It's hard for me to imagine her getting any bigger but this got me wondering, what's the longest observed ovulation period in ball pythons?

Perhaps she's still building. I've had girls build so big that I thought they ovd. Then they actually did ovulate and stay on the hotside and I was like ahhh ha well just when I thought you couldn't get any bigger. Good lord!

Don't feel to bad about this, I have one doing the same dang thing.
She looks just like that too.
I thought for sure she ovulated while I was sick and that I missed it, she's even shed a little while back to where I figured she would have laid by now.... Nope!

I just love how they like to mess with our minds :P
