    Gravid or not?
She was 1200 grams when bred and now is about 1500 grams. Being a first timer it is hard to tell if she is gravid because I don't really know how big ball python eggs are. It definately seems like she is hard and seems as though she can move the eggs if that is what im feeling. She is also very pissy lately lol. What you guys think? She was laying semi inverted over the heat?http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/foru...d.php?t=240795

I can't tell from the picture. But I'll say that when you are breeding it's important to take notes on color change, food intake, weight, sheds, and defecations. That way youre not wondering. If you hold her up and down in front of you does it look like she has a belly on her? Or like she swallowed a jumbo rat? Even if he hasn't eaten in a month or two? When did she eat last? Ive included a pic of one of my gravid girls so you can get an idea of the baby belly. Eggs won't move very far in the belly but when you are palpitating you may feel them move a little. When they come out they are pretty big and unmistakable. In the Belly you can be feeling follicles or eggs. If you're not sure what you should be feeling it's hard to tell. http://tapatalk.com/mu/485c8157-d4ed-a884.jpg

So you can get another perspective heres one of my girls who recently laid so you can see how large the eggs are. http://tapatalk.com/mu/485c8157-d55f-769b.jpg
    Anyways hope this helps.
