A picture would help ascertain whether or not its a stuck eye cap, but if it was sever eye caps (like multiple failed sheds) you would know. Either way it was more than likely caused by low humidity, so bumping the humidity up and maybe a soak or two should definitely help. I had the same problem with a dented eye at the beginning of winter when the heating first came on, and just raising the humidity to around 70% - 80% fixed it pretty much overnight.

You can tell if you can't take the eyecap off, which is not suggested. Just bump up the humidity, which is the cause of both problems, so the answer lies in the husbandry.
Give it a quick soak, and bump up the humidity a bit (not too much, or you can cause belly rot)
