What would you pay for a 2 year old Albino?
    Hi all...

I am looking for a little help. I have a chance to buy a two year old male Albino. The seller is asking that I make an offer, but he made it clear that he won't sell for a low ball offer.

What would a fair offer for a 2 year old be? It wouldn't be the end of the world for me if he didn't accept the offer, and I am a little leary about possibley buying someone else's problem.

I am tempted to just offer $200 -- I know that is a low ball, but I figure what the hell. An albino doesn't really fit in to my future plans right now, but I have room, and if I could pick one up for $200 then I would definitely be happy.

    Thoughts?

If he's having you make a non-lowball offer then he's probably being greedy and $200 isn't going to cut it. You're probably looking at $400-$500.

Yeah I would get more info and photos to be sure it isn't sick or bitten up. I'd say if it's in good shape, $400 would be the lowest offer I'd give. If he needs it gone he will take it or advertise it elsewhere.

I was thinking $400 would be a fair offer, but I would rather spend $400 on something other than an albino.

I might make an offer, and if he doesn't take it, then oh well.

    Thanks for the input.
