    Is this a Spotnose?
There a little female ball at the local petshop where I buy my feeders, and this girl is written down as a het albino, but she's looks like she's a spotnose too? I hate identifying subtle morphs like that, so what do you think?

She's already sold, but the owner is gonna talk to the buyer and see if they'd be interested in buying my het clown boy instead and then I'll buy her is she is infact a spotnose.

That store is awesome, they're also ordering me a trio of ASF's :O

    Thank you

She wouldn't uncurl so I couldn't get any belly shots or anything, just getting her face was hard enough LOL

From the looks of it, I don't think so. But I'm not too familer with spotnose so I could be wrong. I think the spotnose head is lighter with spots?

I'm not an expert, but based on her nose I would say yes.

Nope, not a spotnose. The head pattern is wrong. But she's pretty nonetheless.

Please correct me if I'm wrong since i'm not an expert, but I think spotnoses usually have a little bit more elaborate of a head pattern.
    From VPI's website:
"The spotnose morph was identified and first bred here at VPI. As you can see, this morph has a very elaborate head pattern. This is a codominant trait with the spotnose being the het appearance and the "powerball" being the super appearance"

My spotnoses just have spotting on the ends of their nose. One of mine has markings very similar to this one.

I've got normals that have "booger" noses. That's completely random, not genetic.

Look at the head pattern on this spotnose. Spotnoses have extreme funky head patterns like this.

Like Robin said Spotnoses have really crazy heads and a color that is more Khaki than brown.

I didn't consider that the head pattern was part of what made them spotnoses. Mine don't really enjoy being held or looked at. One balls up and the other goes offensive. :P I guess I should have considered it given the comments people made on the photos I took the day they arrived. I did notice though that the seem much lighter than my normal female, more tan than brown. I'm not sure if that is part of the morph though. I know normals come in a variety of shades.

My normal with the one that balls up:
