Enclosure Space...

    Enclosure Space...
    On pet Rat forums, the enclosures for rats are rather large and vertical. Breeders, of course, keep them in bins.

    My question is this. Those that keep them in bins, and have some as pets because they grew attached to them - how do the rats do as far as behavior?

    I could see myself breeding a pair of rats for both food and as pets, but I don't want a huge cage taking up a ton of room in my small apartment. But mostly, I am just curious.
