The Fast is FINALLY Ending!!!

I'm celebrating!! :banana: I had five of my BPs doing the winter fast thing. Three of them took their first meal last night since Nov/Dec. Now if those stubborn Pastels would start eating again .... maybe next week. :)

Hope those 2 fasters finally kick it into gear!:)

Thanks for the good wishes! It gets really frustrating when they go off feed for so long. You can't help but start wondering if you're doing something wrong. Then they finally eat and life is good again .... lol

Oh man, sounds like a sucky year! Were you breeding any of them this year? I only had one go off feed this year. I've still only got about 6 meals in him since November. He was a poor feeder from the start, 160 grams at 6 months old. Now he's almost 2 and only 450. Other than him, none of my male breeders went off feed so that was really nice. I tried a different tactic with them this year and it seemed to work!

Haha, I'm right there with ya!! Two of my guys that weren't eating finally did today also!! I'm glad nobody was around because I'm sure I looked completely crazy....talking and cheering them on and being so excited and dancing in-front of the snake rack when they finally grabbed it.... :rolleye2: oh the things bp's make us do
