    Quick question
Ok so i got a male pastel 12 days ago he already ate for me a large mouse and a small rat like the next day i got him(he didn't eat previous week) My question is i was getting ready to feed my other new snake and have the rat in hot water in same room and my pastel came out of his hide looking around like he wanted food but he hasn't pooped yet would it be ok to feed him again even though he hasn't pooped?.Does it matter if he pooped yet?.I thought they pooped like a couple days after they eat?.

You can feed them an appropriately sized meal every 5-7 days, regardless of whether or not they've pooped. I've got youngsters that poop every 3-7 days, and some will hold it a bit longer. Adults can hold it for a LONG time... months sometimes.

I've also started to notice that my guys are more likely to hold it when they're near a shed. They like to pee/poop all over the place to increase the humidity.
