He shed! And in one big beautiful piece.
So I got him out for the first time for a couple pictures. He's really nice to handle, not shy or defensive at all. Hopefully he keeps that as he grows.

He's still got a tad bit of his baby coloring.

He looks beautiful! One of these decades I think I'm going to transition my herp focus towards scrubs and boelens, and seeing stuff like that really makes me drool :P

Thanks! I adore him, and (when my bank account recovers from buying him) I'd like to find a girl too.

Oh I know what you mean! Im hoping to pick up a Male later in the year and or next. I wanted this female to get started first and get some time under her.

I love the way they move around when you have them out. Very calm and non aggressive. But I will tell you .. Im not sure how long you have had yours but the feeding response is amazing!!

It's funny, the first time I fed him he was an absolute gentleman. Cruised up, gently took the rat, and ate.
But after that every time I open the cage he gives me a hungry look and comes right up to the front. So we'll see if he was just being nice the first time.

Oh I will tell you now. My girl senses feeding time in the room .. and is waiting at the glass by the time I get to her. I will completely admit that EVEN I'm a bit timid when first trying to get her out. Cause if she thinks its feeding time she is moves pretty fast for a long snake.

Nice to talk with a fellow owner .. not many around.
