Many breeders have sites, with steps for building one. Just look around

Go to home depot. Buy one of these racks like the one in the pic. Cut the legs down. Run heat tape and attach to thermostat.

    Rack- $50
    Thermostat- however much you spend.
    Heat tape- $30 roughly.

    Pow.

Oh, and if you get the bigger one, it will hold 41 qt. tubs.
    (I think it's 24" X 36" or something.)

Also, with a little work, you can make it take lidless tubs, but that involves screws and boards.

I made a rack that i got from home depot like the post before mine but it was on sale for 18 but when i went to check out it only came up as 10 it holds three 41 quart tubs but you could stack them. All you have to do is cut the legs and thats it mine measures right now all cut holding three 41 quart tubs at 28 3/4 high by 35 1/2 long by 17 1/2 deep and i am definitely getting more.My tubs all have covers on them but you could do a little more work and not have the covers on i just needed something fast and cheap but my next one i would probably make it so my tubs didn't have the covers. You don't really need a step by step with this one cause all your doing is cutting the legs to fit what tubs you have all i did was put 4 cds on the corners of the tub and that gives you enough space to slide the tubs out but enough so they cant push the covers on the tubs off.Hope this helps you.
