    humidity question.
So i made a rack system probably a week ago and only have one tub in right now which is 41 quart my temperatures are fine hot side 90 cool side 78,substrate is paper towels(which i just changed so no moisture is on them),its heated with a uth (sticky kind),i have a 5 inch water bowl,And i have put a whole lot of holes in the tub 13 in front 11 on cool side 13 on hot side and 18 on back side and i have two hygrometers one reads 70 and one reads almost 80.My question is how do i get the humidity down because i'm suppose to get a new spiderball tomorrow and i don't know what to do.

Something that you can try is to use a ceiling fan if the room has one. If not, you can try using an oscillating fan to increase circulation in the tubs. You will have to experiment with the distance and fan speed to find what works. For example, my fan oscillates on "low" speed, about 6ft from my tubs to maintain the humidity.

So an oscillating fan will do the trick?.Would 70-80% humidity be to bad or will it be fine for now because i specifically made the rack before i got a new snake to have everything at right temps and stuff but the humidity is killing me i tried so much stuff doing the holes, having my floor fan pointing at the tub nothing was working i know most people try to get there humidity up i never thought i would have to try and get mine down lol.Do you think maybe my bowls to big or something?.This sucks cause in 7 hours I'm suppose to get a new snake.

I got it down to one reading 60 and the other 70 the hot side temp is going down though but it was high anyhow for night time temp so in the morning I'm going to check it and see what everything is reading i just took my floor fan and lowered it to be even with the tub and put it like 8 inches from the tub and its on medium speed so hopefully everything is good in the morning.Thank you
