terranium plants

ive been growing the following plants in an empty terranium and want to move them to my bp's tank
-White Ribbon
-White Kyoto x2

just wanted to make sure they were safe for ball pythons, i dnt see y they would be but btr safe than sry

if it not a poisonous plant so it ok to put it with ur bp.

I don't know of any plants that would be toxic to ball pythons (but you can take what I know about plants and fill a thimble with room left over to rattle around). However, I do know that ball pythons are heavy snakes who like to roam and push stuff around in their environment. Unless the plants are exceptionally sturdy and deeply rooted, the snake will likely crush and/or uproot them. Another concern is the moisture needed to keep the plants healthy. Constantly moist/wet soil can be bad for the snake.

i suggest use non toxic plastic plant.i use plastic plant that i buy at aquarium shop n it doing fine with my bp.

I checked 2 lists of toxic plants and they weren't there under these names you should check yourself as I am unfamiliar with those particular ones. Have you read "the art of keeping snakes" De Vosji ? He talks about a bioactive substrate. I have been wanting to set up a system but have not had the time and am not much of a gardner. But it looks to be the best low maintenance system of them all. An acquaintance of mine has corns set up like this using Carex and pothos and some others in a large enclosure and only picks up poop and stirs in urinates. The only other thing is watering the system every month and trimming the plants.
