    Mine indicate about 60+ during the day and 70+ during the night, are these safe readings?

    I know it's suppose to be 50-60 only on the caresheets.

    Yes that is fine, the problem is when you get condensation and free water drips all the time. The other issue is that you can grow bacteria and fungus, (warm damp ...) you need enough air moving so the enclosure doesn't smell stale.
