Leopard Gecko Morphs - new additions - Please confirm identity
Ok, so I'm a BP guy but have been wanting to get into Leopard Gecko morphs for a while. Well, my chance arrived today. I picked up a breeding group of the following animals. Please help me in confirming their identities.

    #1 - Male Mack Snow (11 months)

    #2 - Female Raptor (7 months)

#3 - Female Enigma (possible giant 5 months old already 150 grams)

    #4 - Female - Albino Snow (6 months old - high yellow)

Thanks in advance for the input!

Nice geckos! The only one I would disagree on the identity on is the Enigma.. It's not haha, it's a nice SHT (super hypo tang). And if she really is only 5 months old then you have one of the largest geckos ever to be produced. I'd bet shes probably full grown, but still, a very nice female and if her length is also within the giant standards then she could certainly be considered as such. The male Mack Snow I'm iffy on. I've seen normals that look like macks and macks that look like normals. He does have a really light head so he probably is a MS, but the only way to be positive is to breed him. Also, just a quick fyi incase you were'nt aware; you have two different strains of albino on your hands. The Raptor is a Tremper Albino and the Albino Mack Snow is a Bell Albino. Only reason I'm putting emphasis on this is because it's generally frowned upon to mix the two genes within one animal - just something to be aware of when you get into breeding. Really cool group to start out with! Where did you get them? Are any of them het for anything? Congrats on your new leo addiction lol :D

Thanks for the clarification and feedback! An oops on the Enigma weight - I meant to write 50 grams :)
Also, thanks for the clarification on the Enigma versus the super hypo and the info on the albinos. They may have already bred, though. The guy I bought them from was just a regular Joe hobbyist who bought a bunch of cool animals for his daughter. His daughter lost interest, so now he's selling them off for pennies on the dollar. I grabbed what I thought looked like the best ones. He has 4 more that I'll grab on the 16th if they're still there. My problem is that between my BP's, bloods, and now Leo's, I ran out of rack room :) I actually have the Leo's in a 20 gallon long.
The descriptions I wrote were exactly what he told me, and what he told me was based on what he was told when he bought. He told me he bought most from breeders off Kingsnake.
I don't want to tell you what I paid for them because you mkight have a heart attack :) It was a steal for sure.

No prob! You will be fine with the albinos as long as the male is not het for either. What you don't want to do is breed say a male Tremper with a female Bell, or a male het Bell with a female Tremper.. crossing albino strains is a no no. But since the two albinos are both females and as long as the male is not an albino carrier you will be fine. You have a really nice starter group for sure. Keep us posted on your success! :gj:
