Today I went to petco and a saw a ball python very skinny all you could see were scales and bones. I don't know what to do. Please tell me what to do cause its very sad to see an animal like that. By the way the humidity in the tank was 20 and no uth. There pieces of the the last shed that did not come from the snake. I told them but they seemed like they did not care.

You could try to speak to the head/manager of the store and let them know how incredibly substandard that is and how much it bothers you and anybody who knows anything about reptiles. If they seem receptive, go back in a little while to see if they've made improvements. If they don't care or if they haven't changed anything, then perhaps you can see about contacting animal control to have a look and see what they can do to help the poor thing.

Not a lot you can do sadly. If you buy the snake they will replace it with another. Best to try to educate and leave it at that I think
