    need help identifying a species
    I was at a reptile expo last month and was speaking to one of the smaller vendor on a animal he had. It was very similar to a ferret in size and body shape. It does not shed or put off and dander i remember. They bond with there owner and are very clingy. His kept crawling in his inner coat pocket, so cute. He said it was a jinx, genx, jinks, genks (unsure exact spelling). I cant seem to find anything on google or any kind of searches. I know they range from around 1500.00 from what he said. I know my description is quite vague but any assistance is appreciated

    Maybe a Sugar Glider? Although I don't think they look like a ferret at all. Just throwing a suggestion out there.

    Haha glad it wasn't a mink. I hear they make terrible pets. That genet is cute though!

    I wana look into them more and maybe see about getting one. Im highly allergic to most cats and these lil guys have no pet dander and dont shed.

    Are they Legal here in US... problem with small predators it that most big Cities don't allow them.. I'll love to have that cutie but i know in NYC is Impossible...

    I have alot to look into, im in st. louis myself. the vendor that had one at the show was located on the outskirts of st. louis.
