Males are starting to feed again!
After a long breeding season...It seems like my males are starting to get back on a normal feeding schedule again. I still have a few males that are being picky, but I hope this changes soon. Is anyone else noticing their males feeding more normally?

not mine... its been since late jan since my male ate last... i am hoping he eats soon. does anyone think i should feed in his tank he lives in... i usually change to a different tank for feeding but this seems to stress him out.. maybe thats why he isnt eating, because i stress him out right before i show him a rat
Re: Males are starting to feed again!
I just got my breeder males eating again this past weekend. Cleaned them with A little dish soap and water and bleached their tubs out and they ate the next day. I personally would not move your BP'S to another tub to feed,I figure it would stress some out and they wont eat.

I never remove my snakes from their enclosure to feed them. Ball Pythons are picky enough...i would hate to add any additional stress.

It is RDR's "Flatline". I don't think anyone knows what's in it yet. :colbert:

Does this work for males? I have heard of doing this with females after they lay, but never with a male. I may give this a try with a few of my more stubborn males.
