    Doesn't bother to strike anymore
My oldest BP Rocko for some reason doesn't bother to strike for his food anymore. I'm not really concerned about it because he never misses a meal. He acts like he is gonna strike and then he backs down. I lay the mouse down and walk away and within a few minutes he has it in his mouth. I thought maybe because his feeding box was to small so I bought a bigger one. Just curious if anybody has had this happen or that there might be a reason for it. I hoping he has figured out that the mouse is already dead so no need to waste time with a squeeze :)

When my male normal was eating f/t small rats he stopped striking at the rats and would eat them when I just layed them in his enclosure with him. Sometimes this happens.

Yup, some just become lazier as they grow older :P If he's eating well then I'm sure it's nothing to be concerned about.

I have one that does the same thing. I kinda like the fact that all I have to do is put the f/t rat in the tub and go on to the next one. That zombie dance thing can be a pain:D
