2nd opinions please

I have 2 females that have been bred and have went through all the usual signs of building, cool seeking, are off feeding, ect, ect. My normal female just had what I think was her pre lay shed and my other is soaking and getting ready to shed. I'm guessing if they are gravid they have a month give or take. What do you think and do they look gravid? I wont hold anyone to their opinions, I just want to know what others think and if I should look forward to eggs.

Forgot to mention. The normal who has shed has now been on the hot spot for 5 days straight now.

Soaking is a cooling thing, after ovulation they will seek out heat and not soak, in my experience.
My guess is they've yet to ovulate.

Update. The normal female that shed and has been on her hot spot for a week straight is now on the cool side, swollen like a balloon, and in deep shed again. She just shed on 3/24/11. So do I just have a weirdo female or what? how can she shed again so quickly?

Bowl wrapping and laying on the sides can be signs of gravid or building, every female has her own way of doing things. Only time will tell :gj:

The normal female just went over to the cool side early on 4/1/11 ovulated and then went back to the hot spot tonight. She is in deep blue again and just shed on 3/24/11 she's driving me nuts. Yep its official, they are definately trying to give me a hard time. Thanks
