Need Some Advice: Snake Rack

I want to make a 3 bin snake rack.. But I have no idea what to buy and how to build it.

The rack is made out of melemine shelves you can buy at Lowes,Menards or Walmart.I think it cost around $100 or less to build as it was given to me.
