    Worried about my boas
I've worked with boas for along time now and so far the only health issue Ive had was RI.'
Recently ive noticed a male boa who has been laying on his side. he is still alive and everything but i want to know if thats a bad sign.

I would recommend taking your boy to the vet if you think something may be wrong. Snakes don't normally lay on their sides for no reason.

Yes, definitely bring him to the vet because that's really not normal.

Don't know Jeremy, but none of mine do that.

The only odd thing for me lately is that one of my males refused food. Eating again now, and it was probably normal for this time of year for males.

Good luck and keep us posted.

    Boa news
lately hes stopped doing that i asked a couple vets who specialize in exotic herps and they said they've seen it a couple times and that none of the time anything bad happened. and it seems like hes stopped.
