Just looks like a big snake to me. I think it is hard to tell if a snake has ovulated unless you have seen the snake before ovulation and can then make a comparison.

look at the mid section then follow down towards the tail. Its very skinny and tapers down. Thats how you see ovulation's. If you never bred before of course you wont notice it right off hand.
