Has anyone posted a diy PVC rack yet? Is there anyone who knows how to that would be willing to do so? I would like to make one and need guidance on how to do so.

Re: PVC Rack
Same steps as a DIY melamine rack, just use sheets of plastic instead of melamine. Hardest part is finding a plastic supplier that will sell you 1-2 sheets at a time.

Screws work well with PVC typically the PVCx or expanded is usually the material of choice. It works like wood sort of at least wood working tools do a reasonable job on it. The only suggestion I'd make is that the shelves I'd raddit in to the sides and leave then removable. The cleaning time on my rack is mostly take up with the underside of the shelves it would be so much easier to pull the whole thing out and clean it off and slide it back in. You would just need to come up with a clasp to hold them in when you didn't intend to remove them.
