Which is the best temp for breeding?

I had books for breeding BOA. But they said differnt about temp when they breed.

One said they don't need to have a cooling period .

Which maintain the temp around 82F throughout whole year.

But another one said they lower temp to70F in nighttime and 80~85F during the day.
This peroid last 2~4 weeks.

I am not sure which one is right........
