Repticon DC / Super Pet Expo March18-20
Anyone planning on attending? I heard from a trusted source that the super pet shows are really low on reptile vendors and its mostly for cats/dogs/small animal supplies.

Has anyone gone to a repticon super pet expo?

I'm planning on going at least saturday.

    Cool. :)

Have you ever been to one before? Trying to get a good idea of what this show is like, especially since MARS isn't coming this year.

Its like 85% for Dogs. Last year I think there was 1 or 2 snake vendors and a big trailor with venomous snakes you could go in and look at. Some stuff for Saltwaterfish, as well as Sugar Gliders and Cats.

This year though I dunno. Its worth it to go though just to get out of the house and do something. Plus if you have a dog your allowed to take them in with you. They do sell alot of supplies like bedding and cages and such. Pretty sure though no live feeders but not 100% sure....

I guess its not a huge deal to miss then.. It looks like i've had some family stuff come up so I have to run upstate next weekend.

If you end up going let me know how it is.

I still don't get how they can call it a repticon show with only a few reptile vendors.. thats kind of lame.

I am not going to make it to this show. Things have come up and I don't have transportation. From the way it sounds, I won't be missing much anyways.

Have you heard of the Myrtle Beach Reptile Expo? It's a brand new reptile show lots of people are talking about. It's probably a little distance but it's not until July 23 and 24th in Myrtle Beach. There are a lot of big named reptile vendors that will be attending and there's a lot of talk about it. Anyways, just thought I'd share it with you.

Myrtle beach is 8 hours from DC.

We do have a few bigger shows that come up to the area here. A few regular repticon shows and the MARS show, but there isnt a MARS this year. Plus the monthly ones.
